Please provide the following information when you order: your name, telephone number, address, name of the product(s), item number, quantity, method of payment, un-expired L.Ac. or DOM License or seller’s permit. No minimum order is required. Orders are shipped via USPS or Fedex. Shipping fees are concurrent with USPS?Fedex rates. Prices, shipping fees and terms& conditions are subject to change without prior written notice.

RETURN POLICY
Please contact us for authorization and instructions before returning an item. You agree to inspect all products and packaging immediately upon receipt. We would not accept the return of opened products. After authorization/instructions, unopened products may be returned within 155 days, with a copy of the original invoice, for refund, exchange or credit. We will gladly exchange your unopened product or credit your account for up to 30 days following your initial purchase, but we do not accept returns made later than 30 days after purchase. These policies help us to both safeguard the purity and quality of our products, and keep costs down for you.

The Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). • Our products are offered to licensed healthcare practitioners (DOM, L.Ac.) and TCM students who are proficient in herbal prescription only. Valid license required. Accredited O.M. students please contact customer service before making an account. Purchaser must agree to all terms, any special request must be approved with written permission of TJherbs Inc./or Seller/ or its suppliers. The purchasers accept full responsibility for safe and proper use of the products, and agree to indemnify and hold TJherbs Inc./or Seller/ or its suppliers harmless from any consumer claims against products supplied by them and their ultimate use.

• We reserve the right to cancel your account or orders if any of the terms are violated.
• The purchaser must accept full responsibility for the safe and proper use of the products. TJherbs Inc./or Seller/ or its suppliers is not responsible for any consumer claims against products purchase for its ultimate use.
• Purchaser must read and accept any online sale/promotions fine prints listed with online sale/promotion notices. Purchaser also must accept special return-policies sale/promotions may have.
• Purchaser must double check all items in his/her order against packaging list/invoice upon receipt. Any errors must be notified to TJherbs Inc./or Seller/ or its suppliers within 2 business days. We reserve the right to refuse any claims made after 2 business days. If package arrived damaged, purchaser must take photos and email them with description of how package arrived. Please keep all damaged boxes, as it may be needed for claims by shipping carriers.

Force Majeure
TJherbs Inc./or Seller/ or its suppliers shall not be liable or responsible to Buyer, nor be deemed to have defaulted or breached this Contract, for any failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any term of this Contract when and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by or results from acts or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Seller including, without limitation, acts of God, flood, fire, earthquake, explosion, governmental actions, war, invasion or hostilities (whether war is declared or not), terrorist threats or acts, riot, or other civil unrest, national emergency, revolution, insurrection, epidemic, lockouts, strikes or other labor disputes (whether or not relating to either party’s workforce), or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials, materials or telecommunication breakdown or power outage.
