Thank you for your interest in TJHerbs products. We welcome you to email us the Order Form, or through our website www.TJHerbs.com, or via toll free line 855-564-3727. A friendly price and discount will be applied to your VIP Memberaccount.
Please provide the following information when you order: your name, telephone number, address, name of the product(s), item number, quantity, method of payment, un-expired L.Ac. or DOM License or seller’s permit. No minimum order is required. Orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping fees are concurrent with USPS rates. Prices, shipping fees and terms& conditions are subject to change without prior written notice.
Credit cards, debit cards or wire transfer etc. are accepted for payments.
Please contact us for authorization and instructions before returning an item. You agree to inspect all products and packaging immediately upon receipt. We would not accept the return of opened products. After authorization/instructions, unopened products may be returned within 30 days, with a copy of the original invoice, for refund, exchange or credit. (Note: for returns made 15 or more days after purchase date, a 15% re-stocking fee is charged.) We will gladly exchange your unopened product or credit your account for up to 60 days following your initial purchase, but we do not accept returns made later than 60 days after purchase. These policies help us to both safeguard the purity and quality of our products, and keep costs down for you.
Our products are offered to licensed healthcare practitioners and TCM students who are proficient in herbal prescription. The purchasers accept full responsibility for safe and proper use of the products, and agree to indemnify and hold TJHerbs Inc. harmless from any consumer claims against products supplied by them and their ultimate use.
